My Morning Smoothie

Hello everybodyyy! So I decided to share some more foodie habits with you due to the request of my best friend, Nini. She loves them and it seems like you all do too, and of coarse food is always on my top priority list, just above breathing and sleeping.
Every morning I start my day with a little (well, big) veggie smoothie because it feels productive to start the day so healthy and smoothies are a great way to make sure you get your daily vegetable do, without having to physically eat greens all day. I could tell you how my skin has gotten better, much less greasier, my eyes brighter, my hair longer due to the amount of veggies I started consuming about a year ago… But it would take forever. Greens, I will be forever in your dept.
To the people who are, and will always will be grass haters – Smoothies and Juices (fresh fresh fresh home made only!) are your solution to a healthier life!
There isn’t a recipe to this as I usually just chuck in whatever I have at home that can be eaten raw. But I do make sure there is always 1 banana and loads of spinach in there. The banana takes away any taste of veggie-ness, so you can pretend you’re drinking a milkshake, while really swallowing liquid spinach. Body-> fooled. πŸ™‚

In today’s smoothie:
1 Avocado
1 Celery stick
1 Banana
1 Kiwi
Cucumber slices
Blueberries
Spinach leaves
Cinnamon
Maca Powder Β 
Coconut Water (or normal water sometimes)

Yes yes this may seem a lot, but drinking it in a smoothie is a lot easier than it looks.Β Blend it all up, to any consistency you want, I do like it more on the loose liquid side. This does make about 2 big cups, so you can share with your loved ones or save it for later.
You can add some honey if you like it on the sweet side or if it’s your first time. πŸ˜‰
I added Chia Seeds and dark chocolate chips today, purely for decoration. There are a lot of people who do this (see; instagram) and I never understood the purpose of sprinkling goods on top. It’s just gonna sink and can we please decide if we’re drinking or chewing this stuff? Well, no. I tried it, yes I caved into the decorative sprinkles of Chia / Chocolate, and had a sip. And it was amazing! Who even wants to decide if we’re drinking or eating? Drink it, chew it, snort this stuff.
It’s revolutionary.
