Hello you there! How are you today? I thought -and have been thinking- for the past 6 days- to post my Halloween photographs as there is no way the lovely costumes can go unseen by my blog readers! I know I am a little late, cause as soon as the clock struck midnight on the 31st, Dublin forgot about Halloween and started decorating their C*****mas Trees.. But I am still in my autumnal vibe and would like to shake a few more coins out of fall!
I had a party for the family in my house where Ronan and I dressed as Gomez & Morticia as I thought would be appropriate for the “masters” of the house, and such an easy costume!! I made some lovely Halloween food, everyone else dressed up too and my family really loved the night.
My friend Peter also threw a party on the 31st and his Halloween parties are always the best. He goes all out, with hanging ghoulies, screaming mummies and creepy death plastered all over his walls – when you walk into the house, you’re instantly transported into an awesome Halloween episode of an awesome TV show you want to keep re-watching all the time. We feasted on jelly eyes, rotten popcorn and mummy sausages while getting caught in a sea of creepy cobwebs. Thank you Peter, yet again I had a wonderful time!
I kind of made up my costume for this the last minute, and went as a nameless, the-creepiest-thing-I-could-think-of slasher girl. I really wanted to do a tutorial video on the scars and the process, but just had no time left at all for the week of the big event! Perhaps next year?? My ingredients were liquid latex (which is basically glue), tissue paper and blood! Pretty fascinating considering the outcome, have a look down bellow!
Did you celebrate Halloween? What did you dress up as? I’d love to see a photo, if you have it uploaded anywhere feel free to #ninimusha so I can see all your ghoulish attires!!
